Meet Darwin in Lisbon at World Aviation Festival 2026
Darwin Travel Technology is heading from Orlando to Lisbon. We’ll be exhibiting at World Aviation Festival 2026, from 13 to 15 October at FIL Lisboa. You’ll find us at booth 1-159D.
World Aviation Festival brings airline leaders, technologists and industry partners together to look at where air travel is going next. It’s a good place for the conversation we care about most: how airlines of every size can run on modern, cloud-native technology without the cost and complexity of legacy systems.
One platform, any airline
Darwin is a cloud-native Passenger Service System. Whether you operate two aircraft or two hundred, you get the same platform: full connectivity, modern retailing and none of the legacy overhead. All six Darwin products run on the same cloud infrastructure and the same live data, so fares, schedules, inventory and reservations stay in sync everywhere.
At the booth, we’ll take you through the Darwin ecosystem:
- Darwin Core: the airline command center for fares, schedules, inventory, pricing and reservations.
- Darwin IBE: a white-label booking site where passengers shop fares, choose seats, add ancillaries and manage their trips.
- Darwin GDS Gateway: full GDS connectivity with an integrated eTicket database.
- IATCI Hub: interline check-in over EDIFACT IATCI, connected to DCS and ground-handling platforms.
- Darwin Partner Portal: direct booking for your partners, with on-account payments and configurable credit limits.
- Darwin API: a complete REST API suite for building booking flows and managing schedules, inventory and pricing.
Vouchers, loyalty and promotions are built into the platform, not sold as add-ons, and they work across every channel.
AI-ready by design
Airlines are starting to put AI assistants to work, and Darwin is built for it. The Darwin PSS supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard for connecting AI assistants such as Claude to business systems. Your teams can ask questions about live reservation data in plain language and get answers drawn straight from the PSS, with no exports, spreadsheets or report requests.
- “How many bookings did we take yesterday, and through which channels?”
- “Pull up this PNR: what’s booked, what’s ticketed and what’s still owed?”
- “What’s the status of the coupons on this EMD?”
Access is protected by sign-in and enabled airline by airline, so you decide when and how AI connects to your operation. We’re actively expanding what AI can do across the platform, and Lisbon is a great place to see where it’s heading.
Come and see it live
Whether you’re replacing an existing reservation system, launching a new airline or just want to see what a modern PSS looks like, stop by booth 1-159D. We’ll show you a live walkthrough based on how your airline operates.
Want to make sure you get time with the team? Request a meeting ahead of the event and we’ll set up a slot during the festival.
