Omni Air International selects Darwin Travel Technology Internet Booking Engine

Today Omni Air International announced a new multi-year agreement with Darwin Travel Technology, a leading aviation software provider to support the airline’s global operation and expanding business.

Darwin’s Passenger Services System (PSS) will provide a tailored experience for the airline and passengers. The cloud-based system creates a new standard of customer care and management for the industry. Darwin’s Internet Booking Engine (IBE) creates a focused customer service experience that provides new level of detail and communication for clients. The new technology allows Omni Air International to deliver a higher level of service to clients and passengers. From online booking, to seat and meal requests, and even IFE previews, the suite of products sets a new standard for commercial programs.
